Edward and Timothy have a combined 35 years of experience leading tenants through the complex commercial real estate leasing analysis on a global, national and local level. They’ve spent over 15 exclusive years together perfecting tenant representation for small to middle market companies located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region in all facets of their real estate needs. Prior to founding Ethos Tenant Co. together, Edward and Timothy worked at a national "full service” commercial real estate firm and global "tenant only” firm as top performers within their organizations and have also been locally recognized as top real estate professionals by their peers. Most recently, they’ve spent the last past six years as Managing Directors of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. with a special focus advising technology, government contractors,  nonprofits/ associations and law firm tenants. Edward and Timothy have partnered with startup technology companies moving from their personal residences to their very first prideful 987 SF standalone space and have advised publicly traded government contractors how to navigate the complexities and pitfalls of a 109,980 SF build to suit transaction. They have experience.

Both Edward and Timothy are local graduates and natives of the Washington D.C. metropolitan region. Edward resides in Vienna, VA with his wife and daughters Emilia and Viviana. Timothy resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and kids Benjamin, Isabel and Christian.
