With over 10 years of experience in real estate development and financing, David brings a strategic, mission-driven approach to tenant representation. For the past three years at Ethos Tenant Co., David has focused on assisting nonprofits, associations, government contractors, and startups throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan region. Drawing from both a financial and development background, David helps organizations navigate the full spectrum of their real estate decisions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of commercial real estate, David has a long-standing commitment to humanitarian work, having volunteered extensively with World Central Kitchen and the Red Cross on global disaster relief efforts. These experiences led David to launch his own nonprofit, Direct Effect Action Network (DEAN), which specializes in disaster response and has supported communities both locally and abroad.

 

A graduate of George Mason University, David later earned a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University. David lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Sarah and daughter Elodie.
